By creating an account or using the Muqabla website or mobile app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Muqabla.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be legally able to use the service and enter competitions under the laws that apply to you. Users under 18 should use Muqabla only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where permitted.

• Follow each tournament's published format, schedule, eligibility, lineup, check-in, and conduct rules.
• Use accurate PUBG IDs and only register eligible teammates you are authorized to enter.
• Do not cheat, collude, exploit bugs, falsify results, impersonate others, or interfere with a match.
• Organizer or administrator decisions may be used to resolve scheduling, eligibility, scoring, and proof disputes.

Some tournaments require an entry fee paid through an external payment provider. You must submit an accurate reference and proof. Registration is not confirmed until payment is verified.

Prize eligibility depends on verified results and compliance with tournament rules. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details. Any refund or cancellation entitlement will be communicated for the applicable tournament and remains subject to applicable law.

You may not use Muqabla for unlawful activity; harass others; upload malicious, deceptive, or infringing material; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or overload the service; manipulate payments or results; or evade an enforcement action.

You keep ownership of information and images you submit. You give Muqabla a limited permission to store, display, reproduce, and process that content only as needed to operate tournaments, verify entries and results, support users, and protect the service.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate another person's rights.

Muqabla may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and tournament organizers may reschedule or cancel events. We work to keep information accurate and the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect tournaments or users, investigate fraud, or comply with law. You may stop using Muqabla at any time and request account deletion through the Delete Account page.

Muqabla is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for third-party payment services, internet or game outages, player devices, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Muqabla is an independent tournament platform and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with KRAFTON, PUBG Corporation, or their affiliates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.
