Delete your account

Send the request from the email address linked to your Muqabla account. Include the account email or Pakistani mobile number so we can locate and verify the account.

If the button does not open your email app, email support@Muqabla.pk with the subject “Muqabla account deletion request.”

To protect your account, we may ask you to verify control of the registered email address or phone number. Do not send your password, one-time password, payment PIN, or full banking credentials.

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. We will contact you if we need more information or if a legal retention requirement affects part of the request.

• Your Muqabla account and sign-in credentials.
• Personal profile information, including email address and phone number.
• Teams and team-member records associated with your ownership, where they are not required to preserve another user's active tournament record.
• Registrations, notifications, payout profile information, and uploaded payment proofs associated with your account, subject to the limited retention described below.

We may retain the minimum transaction, payout, tournament-integrity, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, or legal records required by applicable law or reasonably needed to protect users and the platform. When possible, retained records are anonymized or separated from active account data and are not used to keep providing the deleted account.

Account deletion is permanent. You may lose access to teams, registrations, results, notifications, and payout history. Resolve any open tournament, payment, dispute, or prize-payout issue before requesting deletion.

Deleting the mobile app from your device does not delete your Muqabla account. You must submit a request using the process on this page.
