Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide and information created when you use Muqabla:

• Account data: email address, Pakistani mobile number, password hash, account role, and account dates.
• Team and game data: team names, PUBG in-game names and IDs, leaders, selected lineups, registrations, match results, kills, points, and placements.
• Payment and payout data: selected payment method, transaction reference, amount, payment screenshot, payment status, and team payout account details where supplied.
• Uploaded content: tournament images and payment or result proof images.
• Service data: notifications, security and audit records, and basic technical logs used to operate and protect the service.

The mobile app may ask for access to photos or media only when you choose an image to upload. Muqabla does not use that permission to scan your library.

• Create and secure your account, authenticate sessions, and reset passwords.
• Create teams, verify tournament eligibility, process registrations, and publish results.
• Review payment proofs, administer prizes and payouts, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries.
• Send service notifications about registrations, payments, tournaments, results, and account security.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, improve, and protect Muqabla and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. Information may be available to tournament administrators and organizers when needed to run a tournament, verify a payment, publish results, or issue a payout.

We may also use infrastructure providers that host our application, database, uploaded files, or communications. They may process data only to provide those services to Muqabla. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to investigate fraud or abuse.

Payments are completed outside Muqabla through the payment method you select. Those providers handle your transaction under their own terms; Muqabla receives only the details and proof you submit.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including password hashing, authenticated access controls, restricted proof-image access, input validation, and security logging. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide Muqabla. When an account is deleted, we delete or anonymize associated personal data unless limited retention is reasonably necessary for legal obligations, transaction records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or platform security.

You can request account and associated-data deletion through our Delete Account page. A request to delete an account is different from deactivating it.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can also choose not to upload optional proof images, although some tournament or payment features may then be unavailable.

To make a privacy request, contact support@Muqabla.pk. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting on a request.

Muqabla is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Muqabla changes. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
